Tee booking
Payment
To book a tee time online, you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secure online payment process. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. On arrival you should register in the Professional's shop before beginning your round. If the Pro shop is closed, you should call in after your round is complete.
Booking transferable
This booking is completely transferable. Should you be unable to make your booked tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. Please ensure that you advise the Pro shop of any change before play.
Buggies
We have golf buggies available for hire. Please contact the Pro shop direct to book these.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 3 days before you play you will receive a full refund of your payment. If you cancel your booking 1-2 days before you are due to play you will receive a 50% refund of your payment. If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund of any charge made in respect of the green fee to your credit/debit card. For all refund requests please ring the club on 01287 622812 Option 4
Course closed If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), we will contact you to arrange a refund or to rearrange your game and carry the payment forward. Course conditions are available by telephone on 01287 622812 Option 1. Please call before travelling if weather conditions are poor.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors. The collection and handling of customer information is in line with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. By providing your email address, you agree to the Club sending you marketing emails from time to time. If you prefer not to receive such emails, please send an email to info@saltburngolf.co.uk and ask for your name to be removed from the mailing list.
Juniors
Juniors under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult whilst on the course.
