Saltburn Golf Club really encourages juniors into golf. We were one of the first golf clubs in the country to introduce a section (The Seagulls) specifically for youngsters aged 12 and under.
We also give juniors who have achieved a competent standard every opportunity to compete with our senior golfers. The success of our commitment to the junior game is highlighted by the fact that several of our juniors played in our senior team that won the 1st Division Championship in the Teesside Union.
The picture is of the Junior Team after entering the North of England Championship and they got there by winning the Teesside Junior League. Very well done to all our star juniors.
